The difference between foil pouch and no foil pouch

Hershey's change the way they wrapped there 1.55 oz chocolate bars several years ago. They no longer have the foil on the wrapper and instead a brown tamper proof wrapper with crimped ends. This made a problem in the candy wrapper industry. We had to come up with away to continue to wrap these very popular candy bars.

We have come up with two solutions.

1. A foil pouch that you put the original candy bar in with its original wrapper. Then put our wrapper around it and seal with double side tape or glue stick

2. A wrapper that will cover the original candy bar completely and does not need a foil pouch. You wrap the candy bar and seal the white ends with a glue stick. You can then cut the white edges with craft scissors after they are completed to add an extra touch.

It is really just a preference as to which one you would prefer. They both come out very nice. Many customers always choose one over the other for different reasons. The foil pouch ones are a little more expensive because they come with the additional foil pouch. Some companies do not have the foil pouch instead the sale the foil. This is much more time consuming as you need to wrap it like a present a secure it with tape. With our foil pouches you just slip it into the foil pouch and seal with the adhesive strip on the pouch.
